it’s really sad to say, but i really think i’ve regressed as a human being. i’m not happy. i’m not making those around me happy. i feel like i’ve just plateaued and am going everywhere but nowhere at the same time.
and it’s like, where do i start?
this summer, i’m going to make some sort of food once twice or three times a week and feed someone. anyone. i’m going to make shit tons of food and just knock on peoples doors, introduce myself, and give them food. i will feed my family, my friends, my co-workers. and then i’m going to blog every food. and i’ll see by the end of summer if i am happier.
i’m going to start with this recipe.

The quality of everything we do: our physical actions, our verbal actions, and even our mental actions, depends on our motivation. That’s why it’s important for us to examine our motivation in our day to day life. If we cultivate respect for others and our motivation is sincere, if we develop a genuine concern for others’ well-being, then all our actions will be positive.
